The Progress team consists of fifteen members. This includes the following four senior project leaders:

Axel Lieber: General; Financial Services and Professional Services
Axel brings over ten years of experience in executive search in Japan to his clients. Some high profile recruitments Axel has completed include the CEO of a consumer bank, CIO for a life insurance company, and several Partners with a management consulting firm, in addition to many dozen placements below C-level. Axel has studied at the University of Bonn (Germany), and Keio University and is fluent in English, Japanese and German.

Jason Hatchell: General Industry; Information Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services
Jason has been in Japan for over twelve years, and has worked amongst others as a sales man for a domestic nutraceuticals company. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Jason is fluent in English and Japanese. In his nine years of executive search, he has filled many senior level positions within information technology and services, consulting, heavy manufacturing and logistics companies.

Chris Doten: General; Human Resources; Healthcare; Professional Services
Chris has lived and worked in Japan for nine years, mostly in corporate domestic sales, amongst others for an Italian manufacturer of capital goods. Placements include various heads of HR and senior consultants, up to Partner level. He has studied at Taiwan National University, and is fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.

Jonathan Quioco: Marketing, Sales and Operations - Consumer and Healthcare Industries
Jonathan has six years'experience in executive search in Japan, placing mid- and senior level executives in consumer goods and financial retail industries. Placements include various heads of marketing, sales, PR, and operations (SCM). Jonathan graduated George Mason University, Washington DC, in International Relations.
