For the experienced recruiter

You have completed at least one year in recruiting successfully, made a tidy sum in commissions, and are quite comfortable where you are. Yet, you wonder: what's the next step? How do I develop further? Consider some of the advantages of joining our team: We are building a leveraged organization, so experienced recruiters are expected to take on team management and leadership, supervising groups of researchers, coordinators and less experienced recruiters. Having proven that you can make placements does not mean that you are a good leader. Our training takes you beyond the basics, and accompanies you up to the level of Managing Director. A variety of courses around advanced selling, selling to senior management, team management, coaching and leadership are offered in locations around the world. Wherever possible, we enhance our recruiters' careers by placing them on client-site jobs (in HR departments) or sending them to work with overseas affiliates. We frequently tag-team with these affiliates on searches that either our partners or we develop, which often leads to placements in countries other than our own.
